"There are three Cycle Gear stores in Houston area and I choose to shop at the Sharpstown location ( even though it's the furthest one from my home). As a new rider all my questions about gear, maintenance and just riding have always been answered and never have I been pressured into something I don't need. The employees take the time to explain all the features from gear to tech, every time I leave the store I learn something new. All Cycle Gear stores have pretty much the same product inventory, it's the people at the Sharpstown Cycle Gear that keep me coming back!"

"After finding the helmet my wife wanted on the Cycle Gear website online we checked to see what stores had it and it said that the Sharpstown location had one. I called and the person said that they did not in fact have it. I still took a chance and drove all the way there, where we spoke to the same person who was pleased to show us other helmets since the one we wanted was apparently not in the store. Long story short, my wife found the helmet in a box along with many other Bilt helmets, and surprised the store assistant.
Aside from that, the experience was fine. Both assistants we dealt with were nice and helpful and we ended up also buying some riding pants for my wife."
